Quality Policy

Vive Córdoba Trip, aware of the need to ensure the quality of its facilities, has undertaken the implementation of a quality system based on quality standards (UNE 189001:2011 Tourist Intermediation Services) that guarantees the provision of an optimal, differentiated, satisfactory and continuously improving service. To this end, the organisation establishes the following commitments.

Firstly, with regard to the provision of the service, it undertakes to know and satisfy the needs of customers and thus offer a coherent, homogeneous and pleasant service. Furthermore, the management will try to ensure that the staff involved in the provision of the service is aware of the importance of adequate quality and environmental management by introducing principles of sustainability, social responsibility and good practices in their actions. 

Secondly, the travel agency undertakes to promote innovation and modernisation in its services with the aim of establishing an efficient, accessible and optimal management adapted to the needs demanded by visitors, including those with physical or intellectual disabilities. 

Finally, we recognise the importance of involving our staff in all of this and we are committed to encouraging the contribution of our employees in decision-making, as well as in all actions of the production process, all aimed at continuous improvement and enhancement. 

In short, thanks to the correct application of this quality policy and the commitment of all the members of the team to it, we will achieve an adequate service that guarantees the satisfaction of our visitors in an efficient manner.  

Accordingly, this Quality Policy will be drawn up and reviewed annually by the management, which will ensure compliance and understanding by all employees, as well as its dissemination to any person/entity related to the organisation and ensure that the entire policy is understood and carried out without exception.
