Cancellation policy

You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your booking within 7 days prior to the start of the rental If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days in advance, but a minimum of 24 hours before your pick-up time, you will be refunded the booking amount minus a small cancellation fee. You must call the phone number 1 (855) 266-9289 to see the exact amount of the cancellation charge. If you cancel your booking with a notice of less than 24 hours before your pick-up time, will not be entitled to receive the refund.
