1. Introduction
This cancellation policy regulates the conditions under which customers may cancel their bookings with Vive Córdoba Tripand the implications this will have for the reimbursement of amounts paid, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the contract for the provision of tourism services. This policy aims to ensure transparency and protection of both the client and the agency, respecting the legal regulations in force.
2. Cancellation by the customer
Cancellations without penalty
The customer may cancel his booking without penalty and with the right to a full refund if the cancellation request is received later than 48 hours The travel or service contracted must be completed at least one calendar day before the date of commencement of the trip or service contracted.
Cancellation procedure
Cancellations should be requested through the CUSTOMER AREA, through the option of request for return.
Once the application has been received, Vive Córdoba confirm the cancellation in a within a maximum of 48 working hours.
The cancellation will be effective upon receipt by the customer of the formal confirmation by the agency.
3. Cancellation for causes attributable to Vive Córdoba Trip
In cases where Vive Córdoba Trip is forced to cancel the trip for reasons attributable to the agency (e.g. cancellation of services by suppliers, operational problems of the agency, significant changes in itineraries, etc.), the client may choose one of the following alternatives:
- Full refund of the amount paid.
- Change of travel date or itinerary at no additional charge, subject to availability.
In such cases, the agency will notify the client as soon as possible, providing full details of the options available.
4. Specific conditions for service providers
Some service providers, tour operators and others may have their own cancellation policies. In such cases, the client will be subject to the conditions governing such providers, which may be stricter than the general conditions of Vive Córdoba Trip. These conditions will be informed to the client at the time of booking.
5. Modifications to the reservation
Modifications to the booking, either in dates or itineraries, will be subject to availability and to the costs that the suppliers may apply for such changes. In this case, the customer must assume the additional costs generated by the modification.
6. Exceptions
Requests for cancellation due to force majeure, such as serious illness, accident or death of a close relative, will be assessed on an individual basis. The customer will be required to provide documentation proving the aforementioned facts. In such cases, a full or partial refund or rescheduling of the trip may be offered, as agreed between both parties.
7. General provisions
- The refund will be made by the same method of payment used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
- Any exceptions to this cancellation policy must be agreed in writing between Vive Córdoba Trip and the client.
- In the event of conflicts or discrepancies, the parties submit to the legislation in force and to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cordoba, Andalusia, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
