Cancellation policy, Return and Refund

This policy regulates the cancellation, return and refund conditions applicable to the purchase of tickets and services offered through the website www.vivecordobatrip.com.

The owner of this website is ViveCórdobaTrip S.L., with NIF B14621536, domiciled at Calle Claudio Marcelo, 11-4, C.P. 14002 de Córdoba, registered in the Mercantile Register of Córdoba, volume 1594, folio 113, page CO-17.884, 1st inscription. The purpose of this policy is to regulate the conditions and procedures applicable to the cancellation of services and reimbursement of payments related to the purchase of tickets, routes, activities and shows.

By purchasing tickets, reservations or other services offered on this website, the user accepts this return and refund policy in its entirety. ViveCórdobaTrip S.L. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, being applicable the version in force at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and refund conditions:

Cancellations allowed:

- Guided tours and activities: Cancellations can be refunded in full up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be reimbursed, except for duly justified reasons of force majeure.

- Shows and events: Tickets to shows or events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser or there is an error in the issuing of the tickets attributable to ViveCórdobaTrip S.L.

Cancellations not permitted: No cancellations or refund requests will be accepted in the following cases: Unused tickets, events that have already taken place and activities cancelled after the indicated deadline.

Procedure for requesting cancellations: The client must send his/her cancellation request to contacto@vivecordobatrip.com, indicating the reservation or ticket number, service purchased, scheduled date of the service or event and reason for cancellation (if applicable).

Reimbursement procedure:

Refund period: The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days after acceptance of the cancellation.

Refund method: The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is agreed with the customer.

Non-refundable costs: ViveCórdobaTrip S.L. may deduct administrative or management costs associated with the cancellation, if applicable, which the client will be informed of beforehand.

Cancellation by the organiserIn case of cancellation of an event or activity by the organiser, ViveCórdobaTrip S.L. will reimburse the full amount of the tickets or services affected. In the event of rescheduling, the client may choose between requesting a refund or keeping the ticket for the new date.

DisclaimerThe use of tickets and attendance at events is the sole responsibility of the user. ViveCórdobaTrip S.L. cannot be held responsible for personal unforeseen circumstances that prevent attendance at the event or adverse weather conditions unless cancelled by the organiser.

Changes to the policyViveCórdobaTrip S.L. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, the version published on the website at the time of purchase being applicable.

Applicable law and jurisdictionThis policy is governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Cordoba.
