El Olmo was born from a clear idea: to offer honest cuisine, without artifice, in which the protagonist is always the product. In a cosy restaurant with a capacity for 60 diners in the dining room and six tables on the terrace, we are committed to simple but high quality gastronomy, where each ingredient speaks for itself.
Our menu revolves around fresh products of the day, many of them organic and local. Vegetables and meats come from local producers, while fish and seafood, one of our most valued specialities, arrives daily from the fish markets of Cadiz, Huelva and Malaga. There is no shortage of classics such as fine clams, prawns and fried fish, always with freshness and flavour as our flagship.
We also have a careful selection of grilled meats, seasonal vegetable dishes and an increasingly rare selection of casquería, which pays homage to traditional cuisine.

From the very first moment, we welcome our guests with an excellent extra virgin olive oil, a sign of the care and attention to detail that we put into every visit.
We have a loyal, local clientele who value both the quality of our products and the care we take in our service. Led by Miguel González and under the direction of the maitre Manuel, we work every day with enthusiasm to continue growing and maintaining the level of demand that has allowed us to overcome more than a decade of experience.

At El Olmo we want everyone to be able to enjoy our cuisine. That is why we take special care with our offer for people with coeliac disease, adapting our dishes so that they retain all their flavour without sacrificing food safety. Our menu includes gluten-free options that respect the restaurant's philosophy: quality products and authentic flavour.
